1. Key eligibility rules

Age limit. Users must meet the legal marriageable age under Indian law — a minimum of 18 years for females and 21 years for males.

Bona fide intent. Registration must strictly be for finding a lawful marriage partner, not for dating, casual companionship, or commercial solicitation.

Legal capacity. Users must be legally competent to marry and not bound by any legal impediments.

2. User responsibilities & conduct

Truthful data. Members must provide accurate, current, and verifiable information regarding education, income, family background, and marital status.

Content restrictions. No uploading of obscene, defamatory, abusive, or unauthorised copyrighted photos and text.

Independent verification. You must independently verify a prospect's background, credentials, and financial status. We do not guarantee absolute authenticity.

3. Fees, payments & refunds

Paid memberships. Premium features require upfront payment via secured gateways.

Non-refundable policy. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once paid, even if you delete your profile or find a match before the tenure ends.

Free subscription. Membership is free for male candidates above 40 years and female candidates above 35 years at the time of registration.

4. Privacy & account termination

Data privacy. We collect personal data under our privacy policy and share limited profile details with other registered members based on your privacy settings.

Right to suspend. We may terminate or suspend an account immediately and without notice if a user violates these terms, misbehaves, or posts fraudulent content.
