1. Eligibility
You must be of legal marriageable age and legally free to marry to create a profile. One person may hold one account only. Profiles created on behalf of a candidate require that candidate's consent.
2. Accuracy of information
All details you publish — including age, marital status, education, profession and family information — must be true. We may suspend or remove profiles found to carry false or misleading information.
3. Use of the service
The service is for genuine matrimonial purposes. Harassment, solicitation, commercial advertising, and collecting or redistributing other members' details are prohibited.
4. Privacy
Contact details, photographs and documents you upload are shared only as your profile settings allow. Verification documents are used solely to confirm identity and are not published.
5. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. No guarantee of outcome
We provide a platform for introductions. We do not guarantee a match, and we do not verify every claim made by every member. Exercise your own judgement before meeting anyone.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On closure your profile stops being visible to other members.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
